What is ClankerMarket?
ClankerMarket is an online marketplace where independent creators can sell AI-developed digital products: indie games, SaaS applications, APIs, templates, tools, and more.
ClankerMarket acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed on the platform — we are the space where they connect. The sale transaction occurs directly between the seller and the buyer.
The platform is operated from Mexico and governed by applicable Mexican law.
Acceptance of these terms
By registering, accessing, or using any ClankerMarket feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
If you disagree with any of these terms, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
To use ClankerMarket you must:
- ›Be at least 18 years old.
- ›Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country of residence.
- ›Not have an account previously suspended or deleted for violations of these terms.
- ›Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
Rules for sellers
Marketplace commission
ClankerMarket charges a commission of 15% on the sale price of each product. The seller receives the remaining 85%, transferred monthly to the bank account or PayPal registered by the seller.
Pricing policy
Paid product prices must be within the allowed range: $0.99 — $999.99 USD. Free products must be explicitly marked as such.
- ›The minimum price for paid products is $0.99 USD (99 cents).
- ›The maximum price is $999.99 USD. Higher prices are not permitted.
- ›The system automatically detects attempts to set out-of-range prices.
⚠️ Abusive pricing — consequences
Attempting to publish products with out-of-range prices constitutes a violation of these terms. The system automatically records these attempts and may result in: temporary suspension of the account's ability to publish products, manual review of all seller activity, and in repeat cases, permanent account suspension without refund of prior commissions.
Permitted products
- ✓Indie games developed wholly or partly with AI.
- ✓SaaS applications, APIs, and software tools.
- ✓Templates, digital assets, datasets, and resources for developers.
- ✓Any digital product whose use is legal in Mexico and in the buyer's country.
Prohibited products
It is strictly prohibited to list or sell:
- ✗Adult, sexual, or pornographic content.
- ✗Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group.
- ✗Malware, spyware, ransomware, trojans, cryptominers, keyloggers, or any malicious software.
- ✗Products related to unregulated gambling.
- ✗Software that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- ✗Any content illegal under Mexican or applicable international law.
⚠️ Content violations — consequences
Uploading prohibited content results in immediate product removal, permanent account ban, and report to the relevant authorities if the content is illegal. We do not issue refunds of commissions already paid to the platform when banning for policy violations.
Seller responsibilities
- ›Be the legitimate owner or have a license to commercialize the product.
- ›Ensure descriptions, screenshots, and demos are accurate and not misleading.
- ›Keep the product functional and updated as described.
- ›Respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
- ›Comply with the tax laws of your country (ClankerMarket is not your accountant).
Moderation and product approval
Every product submitted for publication goes through a manual review process before being available to the public. The process is as follows:
- 1.The seller uploads the product in draft status.
- 2.Upon requesting publication, the system performs an automated content review.
- 3.A ClankerMarket administrator reviews the product, files, and description.
- 4.The product is approved (active) or rejected, with an explanation provided to the seller.
ClankerMarket reserves the right to suspend or remove any product, account, or content that violates these terms, without prior notice and without obligation to refund commissions already paid to the platform.

Rules for buyers
When purchasing on ClankerMarket:
- ›You acquire a license to use the digital product, not its intellectual property.
- ›Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment.
- ›Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing products without the seller's express authorization is prohibited.
- ›Your use of the product is subject to the license terms set by each seller.

Intellectual property
ClankerMarket's platform content (design, logo, code, original texts) is the property of ClankerMarket and is protected by Mexico's intellectual property laws.
Listed products are the intellectual property of their respective sellers. ClankerMarket does not claim ownership of any product published by its users.
If you believe any content on the platform infringes your copyright, notify us at soporte@clankermarket.store and we will evaluate it promptly.
Limitation of liability
ClankerMarket acts as a technology intermediary. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for:
- ›The quality, functionality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers.
- ›Financial losses arising from the use of a purchased product.
- ›Service interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance.
- ›Conduct of users (sellers or buyers) outside the platform.
In no event shall ClankerMarket's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the transaction giving rise to the claim, in the last 12 months.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from the use of ClankerMarket shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
For users in the European Union, the rights established under the GDPR regarding personal data protection are additionally recognized.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when necessary. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or with a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance.
Continuing to use ClankerMarket after the effective date of new terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
