Nature of digital products
All products sold on ClankerMarket are digital goods delivered immediately. When you complete a purchase, the file or access is made available to you instantly.
This is important because, unlike a physical product, there is no way to "return" a digital file once you have downloaded it. For this reason, our base policy is no automatic refund.
However, we understand that situations may arise where a purchase does not turn out as expected. For those cases, the process described below exists.
General policy: no automatic refund
Purchases on ClankerMarket are final in the following cases:
- ✗The product was downloaded and works as described.
- ✗You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- ✗You purchased by mistake but the product is functional and correctly described.
- ✗You did not read the system requirements carefully before purchasing.
- ✗The product is not compatible with your environment for reasons not stated as guaranteed.
We recommend reviewing the full product description, screenshots, requirements, and reviews from other buyers before completing your purchase.
Exceptions: when refunds do apply
We will process your refund request if at least one of the following conditions is met:

The product does not work
The downloaded file is corrupted, won't open, or has errors that prevent basic use, and the seller does not provide a solution within 72 hours.

False or misleading description
The product does not significantly match what is described on the sales page (main features missing, screenshots that do not represent the actual product).

Corrupted file
The delivered file is damaged, incomplete, or its integrity cannot be verified.

Refund request process
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, follow these steps:

Contact the seller first
Before escalating to ClankerMarket, try to resolve the issue directly with the seller. Many technical problems have a quick solution.

Open a support request
If the seller does not respond within 72 hours or does not resolve the issue, contact us via our support email within 7 days of the purchase.

Provide evidence
Include: order number, description of the problem, and screenshots or logs demonstrating the defect.

Review within 5 business days
Our team will review the case and communicate the decision by email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within an additional 5–10 business days.

- [Maximum period]We only accept requests within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- [Per-account limit]Maximum 1 approved refund per user every 90 days. Accounts with a history of refund abuse may be suspended.
- [Free products]Refund policy does not apply to products priced at $0.
- [Fraud]Fraudulent requests (functional product, invented problem) result in permanent account suspension.
Marketplace's final decision
ClankerMarket's decision on each refund request is final and binding. Our team evaluates each case impartially, considering the evidence provided by the buyer and the seller's response.
We do not accept reversal of decisions already communicated, unless new relevant evidence is presented that was not available during the initial evaluation.
ClankerMarket reserves the right to issue partial refunds in cases where the product has minor defects but is partially functional.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or card without first contacting ClankerMarket, your account will be suspended immediately while the case is investigated.
Fraudulent chargebacks (to obtain both a bank refund and keep the product) are a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
It is always faster and simpler to resolve the issue directly with us than through a bank chargeback.
